The Pro Series laboratory roll calender press is the ideal calendering solution for scientists and researchers working with all chemistries and materials. Heated, precision-ground rollers with USB logging of process parameters enables robust experimental conditions. The Pro Series Roll Calender Press will give you the necessary process parameter conditions for scale-up to pilot production and beyond.
Features
- Precision-ground, chrome plated rollers with integral electric heaters up to 150°C. Independent top and bottom PID control via PLC.
- Manual gap control set with precision screws. Digital readout to HMI and PLC with 1 um resolution
- Line speed continuously variable 0-3 m/min, control via 7" touchscreen HMI
- Load cells measure nip opening force up to 20 tons
- Process variable logging and .csv output to USB (line speed (m/min), gap (micron), roll temperature (°C), load (kN), timestamp (HH:MM:SS))
- Compatible with Ar glovebox environment
