The Ambient Series laboratory roll calender press is identical to the Pro Series except that it does not have integral roll heating capability. This is an ideal and economical solution for scientists and researchers working with soft metals (Li, Na, etc.) or electrodes with pliable binders.

- Precision-ground, chrome plated rollers
- Manual gap control set with precision screws. Digital readout to HMI and PLC with 1 um resolution
- Line speed continuously variable 0-3 m/min, control via 7" touchscreen HMI
- Load cells measure nip opening force up to 20 tons
- Process variable logging and .csv output to USB (line speed (m/min), gap (micron), load (kN), timestamp (HH:MM:SS))
- Compatible with Ar glovebox environment
